a tender embrace in the city
modern hotel short walk
I adored how close it was to motor point arena. A gentle ten-minute walk reminded me of a prelude to our evening. our room felt really clean and modern, almost like a sanctuary after a beautiful concert.
the noise from the street was a little intrusive, and perhaps double glazing could hush the city's roar a little more. the intermittent heating also posed a slight challenge, it felt so sporadic in zero degree weather.

the staff greeted us so warmly, each interaction was a soft reassurance. they helped with our bags, showed such kindness, especially important as my mother faces disability. they were amazing.

easy access fresh food room kettle
the LOCATION allows easy access to nearby attractions. i FOUND a kettle in my room. breakfast included a good variety of fresh FOOD.

fantastic stay!
early check-in delicious breakfast
I was able to check into my room three hours early this hotel is just amazing! the room felt really comfortable, and the whole team were really friendly. i enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet. It had so many options to choose from!
The water pressure was really low in both the shower and the sink which was a shame. my room was short of coffee, tea, and sugar. It was not replenished after my first day. building activity caused noise very early on monday morning i couldn't sleep.

the hotel offered a good buffet breakfast with many choices available like fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. the restaurant served tasty quesadillas, and the bar had complimentary coffee vouchers it was perfect. it was all so yummy!

My room had everything i needed, the room was clean! the hotel has a no service every other day policy, and i wasn't told about this until i asked. the room was a superior double room. It had great space too!

The customer service was great from everyone i met. tempany was super nice, friendly, kind, and helpful. She arranged an extra night and offered late checkout. all of the staff i met are a true credit to this hotel it was a joy!

noisy equipment difficult sleep
The breakfast offered a good selection of food.
My room faced some sort of noisy equipment outside , as a result sleep was difficult . It sounded like an industrial fan running all night , and I did not find it particularly conducive to relaxation.

Decent Stay Near the Station
convenient location friendly staff comfortable bed window gap low water pressure unreplenished supplies
I found the location to be quite convenient, especially its proximity to public transportation. The staff members were friendly and always willing to assist me. The king-size bed in my room was very comfortable for restful sleep.
My initial room had a noticeable gap around the window, and it let in a significant amount of street noise. The water pressure in the shower was noticeably low. I observed that the tea and coffee supplies in the room were not fully replenished after the first day.

small shower weak water pressure
The breakfast was acceptable , nothing really good , but it did its job.
The shower in my Standard Double Room was ridiculously small , it barely had enough space for me to turn around. The water pressure was also weak , I struggled to have a proper wash. Honestly , I have seen bigger showers on aeroplanes.
